Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This page is maintained by the NumHarvest team to explain how our service handles information. It is app-owner editable content and is not a certification.

1. Who we are

NumHarvest ("we", "us") provides a bulk mobile number generation and messaging-platform validation tool for research, QA, and outreach targeting. This Privacy Policy explains what data we handle when you visit numharvest.com or use the app.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and (if you sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft) the basic profile information those providers return.
  • Usage data: generation parameters you enter (country, carrier, prefix, mode), batch sizes, timestamps, and results counts.
  • Wallet & payments: USDT deposit addresses, transaction hashes, balance, and internal ledger entries. We do not receive card numbers.
  • Support data: tickets, chat messages, and any files you attach.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, device type, and pages visited (for security, abuse prevention, and analytics).
  • Cookies: see Section 7.

3. How we use it

  • To operate the generator, real-time scan, history, and admin features.
  • To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • To calculate wallet balances and process deposits/charges.
  • To respond to support tickets.
  • To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of the Terms.
  • To improve product quality and reliability.

4. Legal basis

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the service you signed up for), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with the vendors that make the service work:

  • Cloud hosting and database (for account and usage data).
  • Authentication providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft) when you choose social sign-in.
  • USDT/blockchain networks (public transactions are visible on-chain by design).
  • AI providers we use to power scan briefings and summaries — prompts and parameters are sent, results are returned.

6. Retention

Account and wallet records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute obligations. You may request deletion at any time (Section 9).

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage:

  • Essential: keep you signed in, remember your consent choice, and protect against CSRF. These are always on.
  • Analytics: aggregate page and feature usage. Off unless you accept.
  • Preferences: remember theme and UI choices. Off unless you accept.

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data or using the link in the footer.

8. Security

Data is protected in transit with TLS. Access to production data is restricted, database rows are governed by row-level security policies, and passwords/tokens are stored using industry-standard hashing. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us via the in-app support ticket system and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Children

NumHarvest is not intended for children under 16. Do not use the service if you are under this age.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

12. Contact
