1. The service

NumHarvest generates mobile-number candidates in country- and carrier-correct formats and scores them against messaging-platform adoption models. The service is provided for research, QA, and outreach targeting purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the service you confirm this is true.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use NumHarvest to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages ("spam"), scams, phishing, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud any person.
• Violate anti-spam, telemarketing, data-protection, or telecommunications laws applicable to you or your recipients (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, and equivalent local laws).
• Circumvent rate limits, resell raw output as a competing service, or scrape the site.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, wallet balances, or admin controls.

You are solely responsible for how you use generated numbers. We do not sell contact lists — we produce candidate numbers you have chosen to generate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

5. Wallet, pricing, and payments

• Pricing is $1 per 20,000 harvested and platform-validated numbers, or as displayed in-app.
• Wallet balances are funded in USDT and are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for deposits sent to the wrong network or address.
• We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect balances already credited.

6. Intellectual property

The NumHarvest name, logo, code, UI, and documentation are our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Output data (the generated numbers) is provided to you for your own use subject to Section 3.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream network issues, or events beyond our control may cause downtime.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generated numbers are candidates produced by an algorithm; we do not guarantee that any specific number is active, assigned, or registered on any messaging platform. Platform-adoption scores are statistical estimates, not confirmations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumHarvest and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms — particularly claims from recipients of messages you sent using generated numbers.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or create legal risk. You may close your account at any time from the profile page.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating NumHarvest. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our principal place of business, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
